Ballet Practice with Krystal S. Lowe
Krystal's class is a ballet session for dancers who desire to maintain and develop their ballet technique. Throughout the session, Krystal will explain each exercise and give a few things to think about in order to ensure correct technique. Please ensure that you are wearing comfortable clothing, are in a safe and clear environment with good airflow, and that you have water nearby to ensure you're well hydrated.

Krystal S. Lowe
Krystal S. Lowe is a Bermuda-born, Wales-based dancer, choreographer, and writer with an extensive career performing and touring with Ballet Cymru throughout the United Kingdom, China and Bermuda, with Citrus Arts circus company and Ransack Dance Company. Krystal is associate lecturer at the University of South Wales and Artistic Director of Kokoro Arts Ltd.
Her choreographic practice focuses on fusing her writing with her movement practice to create dance theatre works for stage, in public spaces, and for screen.
Krystal has written, choreographed, and performed: Whimsy – her dance theatre work for family audiences – commissioned by Articulture Wales and Rewild – a dance on screen commissioned by Green Man Trust. And her screen dance film Daughters of the Sea – directed, written, and choreographed by Krystal – was commissioned by Ffilm Cymru in partnership with BBC Cymru, BBC Arts, and Arts Council Wales.’
