About Sophie Lorimer
Sophie Lorimer (she/her) is a community dance artist from Pembrokeshire, now living and working in Cardiff. From day to day she facilitates dance sessions in a range of settings for people of all ages and abilities across an array of dance styles, but has deep roots in contemporary dance and a love of unlocking others creativity.
Class Description
Sophie’s high energy class for Groundwork will be an exploration into joy through organically sourced movement, alongside some technique based exercises. The class will culminate in a phrase for you to sink your teeth into and do some dancey dance. Prepare to get a sweat on but have fun doing it!
